# Update Graph.

Updates information about a graph.

## Request

### Path parameters

- `graphId` (string, required) — Graph ID

### Body (application/json)

This endpoint expects an apidata.UpdateGraphRequest.

- `description` (string, optional, nullable)
- `name` (string, optional, nullable)
- `time_zone` (string, optional, nullable) — The graph's IANA time zone. Stored on its group-backed subject.

The updated graph object

- `canonical_graph_uuid` (string, optional) — CanonicalGraphUUID is graphs.uuid, the v4 graph address (spec-3 §13.5). Omitted when the graphs row does not yet exist. Distinct from UUID, which is the group-row identifier.
